Compliance

By placing an order you represent to us you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old.

Weather Restrictions

Our wines are sensitive to heat and cold. Therefore, we only ship wine when the temperature is between 40℉ and 70℉ at the shipping origin and destination. Therefore, we allow for two shipping seasons (spring & fall). All orders are held until temperatures meet this condition.

Shipping Guidelines

During our shipping seasons (spring & fall), we ship on Monday or Tuesday to avoid your wine sitting in non-climate-controlled warehouses or trucks over the weekend. Please allow at least one week to prepare your order prior for shipment. If you have any questions about when your wine will ship or need your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact us (orders@winepirati.com) immediately after placing your order.

Once your wine has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email once the carrier scans your package. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam filter or another inbox, as the email will be sent to the address provided in the shipping label. For the most accurate delivery estimate and to ensure an adult is present to sign for your wine, please contact the carrier.

During our closed shipping seasons (summer & winter), we only allow orders to be placed for On-Site Pickup.

On-Site Pickup

You may place an order for On-Site Pickup at the winery. On-Site Pickups are by appointment only. After you place your order for On-Site Pickup, we will contact you within 1 business day via email to arrange for a day and time to pick up your order at THE WINERY.

You are required by law to show proof of age upon On-Site Pickup. Please bring identification to your On-Site Pickup appointment for age verification. 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has not yet been shipped you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your order for On-Site Pickup you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL An order that has already been shipped YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMERSERVICE@VINOSHIPPER.COM TO ARRANGE FOR THE REROUTE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE OUTBOUND AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

Carrier Services

We ship orders with UPS:  

  • Please check your tracking number to see the estimated delivery date of your order. UPS won't specify the time of delivery but will specify the date(s).

  • UPS will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times.

  • If unsuccessful after three attempts, UPS will hold your order for five days at one of their local distribution centers. It will then be your responsibility to pick it up. Be sure to bring proof of identification & age.

  • After the five days, your order will be returned to our facility. If your order is returned to our facility you will be charged for the return shipping costs to our facility, and then the cost to reship your order back to you.

  • An alternate delivery address or delivery date cannot be specified while the order is in transit. 

Return Policy

WE will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed. We ask that local customers return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please email us at orders@winepirati.com to arrange for the return of a flawed product.

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine ordered in error, wine damaged BY customer storage or wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions if shipped outside of our recommended window.

If you receive a package that has been visibly damaged in transit, please contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@VINOSHIPPER.COM to arrange for an exchange or refund. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER# AND PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED. VINOSHIPPER will advise you on how to arrange for the package to be returned and coordinate a replacement shipment or refund.
